All coaches are required to fill out an AYSO volunteer form. This form can be found at eAYSO. Please take the time to fill this form out and present it to the Head Coach Administrator. As a volunteer for the AYSO you are required to take a Safe Haven Course. This course was designed by the AYSO for the protection of children and adults. For more information about Safe Haven and a link to take the on-line class click HERE. Required County Background Check All Volunteers for youth activities in Santa Rosa County are now required to have a Criminal Background check performed. Each volunteer is require to complete and sign the Code of Conduct, Application, and Pre-Adverse documents. |

| All Coaches must have their AYSO volunteer form and Santa Rosa County Background check paperwork turned in at the Mandatory Coaches meeting . No one will be allowed to start until that paperwork is turned in. |
