All coaches are required to fill out an AYSO volunteer form. This form needs to be turned in to our CVPA coordinator. As a volunteer for the AYSO you are required to take a Safe Haven Course. This course was designed by the AYSO for the protection of all our children and adults. For more information about Safe Haven and a link to take the on-line class click HERE. Required County Background Check All Volunteers for youth activities in Santa Rosa County are now required to have a Criminal Background check performed. Each volunteer is required to complete and sign the Code of Conduct, Application, and Pre-Adverse documents. |

| All Coaches must have their AYSO volunteer form and Santa Rosa County Background check paperwork turned in at the Mandatory Coaches meeting . No one will be allowed to start until that paperwork is turned in. |
