You will still need to come in and pay during one of the dates above. Format U6 3v3 U8 5v5 U10 7v7 U12 9v9 U14 and Up 11v11 Cost $72 Uniform and Trophy Included Ages 5-18 as of July 31st, 2010 Please bring 2 copies of the NYSA form and 2 eayso forms when you come in to pay. |
