| Spring 2012 Registration Information Saturdays on January 14th, 21st, 28th, and February 4th NYSA Gym from 9AM to 2PM New for this Season Coach Carlos, NUFC Head of Player Development , will be doing all of our recreational coach training and offering player development classes separate from your team practice. CATZ Coach training software for all of our Coaches to help plan practices. In order to save time you can log on and register at www.eayso.org. Please print two of each form, sign, and bring those in with payment. If you wish to volunteer, you can fill out the application form on this website as well. We are always in need of volunteers for our program. Registration Fee: $75 Fee includes: - Uniform, (shirt, shorts, and socks) - Participation trophy -NYSA Family Membership of $45 may be required for 2012 membership year Ages 4-17 as of July 31st, 2011 Spring Format: U6 - 3v3 - Max 6 on team (No keeper) U8 - 5v5 - Max 9 on team (No keeper) U10 - 6 v 6- Max 10 on team U12 - 6 v 6- Max 10 on team U14 - 6 v 6- Max 10 on team |
